Admin History | The minutes of the Finance Committee record the purchase of a College Seal in Nov 1933 with the condition that a record be maintained by the Secretary to Council of its use. It was initially decided that there would be three keys to the Seal which would be kept by the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer of the Council and that the Seal would not be affixed to any instrument except in the presence of two persons; one of whom would be the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or Principal, and the other being the Principal or the Secretary. In Jan 1943 Council decided to allow one of the triplicate keys of the Seal to be in the hands of the Secretary to Council. |
