| Description | Meeting papers of the Regional and Local Government Sub-Committee, a sub-committee of the Labour Party's Home Policy Committee. In September 1970 the decision was taken to rename the Advisory Committees as Sub-Committees, so the Regional and Local Government Sub-Committee continued the work of the Regional and Local Government Advisory Committee (see AC/2). The papers cover the establishment of the sub-committee in 1970 and meetings held in 1971. Ann Carlton was Secretary of the sub-committee whilst she was Local Government Officer for the Labour Party.
