The party changes throughout the trip, with George, Harry [Henry] -brother- and Gertie [Gertrude] Maynard joining at various points. Also become a party of 21 in Palestine giving details of each individual, many with a photograph.
Covers College matters leading up to her departure, and her journey on board the 'Ormuz' through France and Italy to Port Said, and then through places in Egypt such as Suez Canal, Cairo, Thebes, and onto Palestine to area such as Jaffa [Tel Aviv-Jaffa], Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, and Beyrout [Beirout].
Describes the missionary work that they take part in such as at a Girls' School in Brumana [Beirut].
