Hatton and other papers 1898-1901, found in the back of the volume, including: a letter from the Honorary Secretary of the People's Palace Architectural Society; a paper entitled 'Statement of duties to be performed by the Clerk to the Governors'; and a paper entitled 'East London Technical College People's Palace Successes, 1898', listing scholarships, prizes and exhibitions won by students.
